After ten years in London Eliot currently consults clients on digital strategy at IPG Mediabrands in Austria, working with clients including BMW, Hutchison, H&M, Nestlé, Canon, Disney and Austrian Airlines to help develop and refine their digital strategies. He brings together three essential elements for successful digital strategies; marketing/communications, management/business and psychology. Previously he provided strategic advice around traditional and digital media to premium clients at the Cision Group. He brings over 17 years of experience in digital communications across the utility, FMCG, insurance, pharma, technology and media sectors. Past clients also include United Biscuits, Microsoft, Asics, Skype, Red Bull, Unilever and Starwood.


Justin Tanimura provides expert advice and insight to the team. He is an independent User Experience consultant working with clients to improve their digital products and services. Combining qualifications in psychology and design with over 17 years experience he has delivered international research projects, designed consumer and B2B websites and mobile software solutions. He currently works at Sony Computer Entertainment America, and past clients include BBC, Orange, Vodafone and eBay.
