Eliot currently consults clients on digital and social media strategy at IPG Mediabrands, along with the responsibility of aligning the agency’s paid, organic, content and strategic social offering. Working with clients, including General Mills, Canon, Disney and Burton’s Biscuit Company, to help develop and refine their digital and social media strategies, with a focus on project management, quality assurance and building client relationships. Previously he provided strategic advice around mainstream and digital media to premium clients at Gorkana, part of the Cision Group. He brings over thirteen years of experience in digital, marketing and social media across the environment, technology and media sectors. Past clients also include United Biscuits, Microsoft, Asics, Skype, Red Bull, Unilever and Starwood.
Leks de Boer heads the finance aspects of eMannoia Ltd. In addition, he is a founding member at Three Hills Capital Partners where he provides preferred capital and subordinated debt solutions. Prior to that, he worked at Hutton Collins as a member of the investment team. At Hutton Collins, Leks was part of the team responsible for the investment in Byron which he continues to monitor for Three Hills. Leks is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc in Economics and Econometrics and a MSc in IT from the University of Nottingham. He speaks English, Dutch and German.
Justin Tanimura provides expert advice and insight to the team. He is an independent User Experience consultant working with clients to improve their digital products and services. Combining qualifications in psychology and design with over 14 years experience he has delivered international research projects, designed consumer and B2B websites and mobile software solutions. He currently works at Sony Computer Entertainment America, and past clients include BBC, Orange, Vodafone and eBay.
